Terms and Conditions for Performers at Faerie Fest: The Flower Moon
 

1. Arrival and Setup: Performers must arrive at a minimum of 1 hour before their scheduled performance to allow for setup/discussion. Late arrivals may result in forfeited performance time.
    

2. Equipment: Performers are responsible for providing their own equipment unless otherwise agreed. Any equipment provided by the event must be used responsibly. 
    

3. Weather Conditions: This is an outdoor event, and performances will proceed rain or shine unless deemed unsafe by event organizers. Performers should plan accordingly. Stage and equipment will be covered. 
    

4. Conduct: Performers are expected to behave professionally and respectfully toward attendees, staff, and other participants. If appearing intoxicated/inebriated you will forfeit your performance time. This is a family-friendly event. No drugs will be permitted in any way or form. Alcohol may be purchased and consumed at the event as long as it does not impede your performance. 
    

5. Cancellations: If a performer must cancel, they are required to notify event organizers as soon as possible. Canceling equals forfeit of payment. 
    

6. Promotion: Performers agree to allow the event to use their name, image, and performance materials for promotional purposes.
    

7. Liability: The event is not responsible for any personal injury, damage, or loss of equipment during the event. Performers participate at their own risk.
    

8. Compliance: Performers must comply with all event rules and guidelines provided by organizers before and during the event.
    

9. Payment: Payments will be made after the performance set has concluded. Payments will be made in cash.
